Environmentally Friendly Hair Bleach?

Hair bleach of all things is highly polluting for the most effective har bleaching agent we have and use is based on hydrogen peroxide. The Problem with this chemical is that it can also be quite caustic, cooking hair and anything it comes in contact with when it is exposed to oxygen. Used in higher concentrations as an anesthetic, it kills bacteria releasing oxygen as it decomposes and in the process turning everyhting with color white. This high reactivity of the chemical bleach makes it very nasty when it comes into contact with anything biological which is also responsible for the irritating and damaging effects the chemical has on the body and with some people being over sensitive to hydrogen peroxide, it cannot be used by all. There is however a new and better product that is being developed by the Japanese is not only green, it’s all natural. It is a derivative from a form of white fungus that has the same chemical ability to strip the melanin from the hair yet without the side-effects of caustic hydrogen peroxide.
